Sain Singh Rawat published only one poem published in Shailvani and then in Angwal. The information is that the poet belongs to Idwalsyun ,  near the village of lalit Keswan a famous Garhwali literature creative.

क्वन्ना पेट (गढ़वाली कविता )

एक दिन 

मिन अपणो छ्वटो 

खूब मारी 

पैली चपत 

फेर मुक्का 

फेर घपक 

वो दिख्यो त चम्पत 

जख लुकि हो 

ढूंढा ढूंढ 

वबरा पांडा 

खोळा खोळा 

डांडा -डांडा 

कैको खाणू 

कैको पेणू 

द्वफरा घाम 

अर मैना जेठ 

भितर देख त 

वो क्वन्ना पेट
