Hemwati Nandan Bhatt ‘Hemu’ is a Garhwali poet. Perhaps this is the only one satirical prose by Hemwati Nandan Bhatt.
The satire indirectly attacks on Uttarakhand Kranti dal a local political party of Uttarakhand. He laughs that without the ground work and without the support of people the political leader of this party is dreaming to get the seats for assembly. The satire uses this satire for attacking politicians getting benefits without doing real social works and those who sacrifice in reality don’t get the benefits. Satire attacks successfully on one beats the bush, another takes the birds
The tone is humorous and attack Is not direct. The language is simple.
