MITTAGESSEN  IM  RESTAURANT : LUNCH IN RESTAURANT
HOTEL MA DWPHARI KU  KHANA:  होटल म द्वफ्री  कु  खाणा

Herr Lessing hat Herrn und Frau Schulz zum Mittagessen in einem Restaurant eingeladen, das sich in der Nahe seines Buros befindet. Da er sehr beschaftigt ist,  ist es ihm nicht moglich, zu Mittage  nach Hause zu gehen.  Um ein uhr hat er seine Verwandten am Ausgang der Untergrundbahn getroffen;  von dort gingen sie zu Fuss zum Restaurant. Der Oberkeliner fuhrte sie an einen Tisch und legte ihnen die Speisekarte vor.

Mr. Lessing has invited Mr and Mrs. Schulz for lunch in a restaurant which is situated near his office. As he is very busy it is not possible for him to go home for lunch. At one O clock he met his relations at the exit of the Underground; from there they walked to the restaurant. The head waiter took them to a table and placed menu before them.

Ek bajee wu apda rishtadaroon tai jameena tallaa ka darwaja par meel; wakh batee wu restaurant tak paidal gayee. khana lagaan walu woon tai tabal thak leeg ar woonka samni khana ki list rakhi dya.

ल्यासिंग ल मि. अर मिसेज शुल्ज़  तै ड्वाफरा  खाणा कु अपड़ा ऑफिस का नजदीक एक रेस्टोरेंट मा बुलैयी. किले की वू भौत ब्यस्त छाई . वे खुणि घौर जाकी खाणा खाणू ना मुमकिन छै. एक बजि वू अपड़ा रिश्तादारो तै जमीनताला का दरवाजा पर मील; वख़ बटी वू रेस्टोरेंट तक पैदल गई. खाणा लगाण वलू वूं तै टेबल तक लीग अर वूंका  समणि खाणा की लिस्ट धैरी  द्दया.

Herr Lessing zu frau shulz :  Was nimmst du als  Vorspeise ? Ich nehme Heringssalt.

Mr. Lessing to Mrs Schulz :  What horsd'oeuvre will you have ? I will have herring salad.

Mr. Lyasing Mesej schulz Khuni :  Tum khana ma pailee  kya khaila ? Mi machhu ku salad khaulu.

मि.ल्यसिंग मिसेज शुल्ज़ खुनी : तु खाणा म पैली क्या खैला ? मि माछु कु सलाद खौलू. 


Herr Schulz :  Dasselbe fur mich, bitte.

Mr. Schulz :  The same for me, please.

Mr. Schulz :  Mikhani bhi wee lyawa.

मि.शुल्ज़ : मिखणि भी वी ल्यावा.

Frau Schulz :  Ich nehme  keine Vorspeise. Bringen Sie mir lieber eine  Suppe.             

Mrs. Shulz : I won't have any horsd'oeuvre. Bring me rather a soup.

Misej Schulz : Mil pailya ki dish ni khani. Mikhni we se badhiya soop lyawa .

मिसेज शुल्ज़ :मिल पैल्या मि डिश नि खाणी. वे चुले  मिखणी बढ़िया सूप ल्यावा. 

Ober:  Was nehmen Sie als nuchsten Gang ?

Waiter: what will you have for the next course ?

Baira:  we ka baad ma kya khaila ?

बैरा  : वे का बाद म क्या खैला ?

Herr Lessing:  Schweinebraten mit Rotkohl und Kartoffein.

Mr. Lessing : Roast pork with red cabbage and potatoes.

Mr. Lessing :  chulu ma aag ma pakayun sungra shikaar,laal band gobhi ar alu.

मि. ल्यसिंग  : चुलू म आग म पकयुं 'सुंगर' की शिकार, लाल बंद गोभी अर अलू.

Frau S. : Fur mich ein Kalbskotelett mit Blumenkohi.

Mrs. Shulz : For me veal cuttlets with cauliflower.

Mrs Shulz: Mikhani bachhda ka katlet ar phoolgobhi.

मिसेज शुल्ज़ : मिखणी बछड़ा का कटलेट अर फूल गोभी.

Herr L : Bringen Sie uns lieber eine gute Flasche Brugunder.

Mr. Lessing:  Bring us rather a good bottle of Burgundy.

Mr. Lessing:  ham khuni ek bottal bargandi li awa.

मि. ल्यसिंग : हम खु णी एक बोत्तल  बरगंडी लि आवा .

Ober: Sehr wohl, mein Herr. Und als Nachspei se ?

Waiter: Very well, sir. and for dessert ?

Baira: Bhaut badhia , saab. ar mithoo ?

बैरा : भौत बढ़िया, साब. अर मिठू क्या  ?

Frau S. : Gemischtes Kompott Und Fur mich Kase,bitte.

Mrs Shulz:  Mixed stewed fruits and cheese, please.

Mrs. Shulz: sabya fal milaki ar chinee ma umali ki ar paneer. krpa holi.

मिसेज शुल्ज़  : सब्या फल मिला की अर चिनी म उमाली की अर पनीर .क्रपा होली.

Er entfernt sich und kommt nach kurzer Zeit mit den Bratenplatten, den Gemuse - und den Kartoffelschussein zuruck, die er zuerst auf einen Seitentisch stellt und dann herumreicht. Inzwischen hat der Weinkellner den Burgunder gebracht und eingeschenkt.

He goes off and comes back after a short while with the meat dishes, the vegetables and potato dishes, which he first puts on  a side table and then hands round. Mean while the wine waiter has brought the Burgundy and poured it out.

Wu (Baira) jaand ar thoda der ma shikara ku khanu sabji,ar aloo lyand, ju wu paili ek taraf tabal ma rakhand, tab tak sharab ku baira bargandi lyand ar gilass m daland.

वू (बैरा) जान्द अर थोडा देर म शिकार कु खाणु सब्जी, अर अलू ल्यंद, जु वू पैली एक तरफ का टेबल म रखंद, तब तक शराब कु बैरा बरगंडी ल्यंद अर गिलास म ड़लंद.
